According to the provisions of Article 40 of Chapter 6 of the Administrative Measures for the Admission and Cultivation of International Students in Colleges and Universities, it is clear that the colleges and universities implement a full insurance system for international students.
1. International students must be insured in accordance with relevant national regulations and school requirements. For those who have not taken out insurance in accordance with the regulations, they shall be insured for a limited period of time, and if they do not take out insurance after the deadline, the school shall not admit them; for those who have studied in the school, they shall be withdrawn or not registered.
2. International students who study in our school for more than one semester (including one semester) must purchase comprehensive international student medical insurance on study abroad insurance website within the specified time.
3. If international students do not purchase comprehensive medical insurance according to the regulations, they will not be able to apply for registration and foreign resident permit procedures. The period of insurance purchased must cover the study period. If the insurance purchased has expired, it must be renewed before the expiration date, otherwise the college will cancel the residence permit already applied for.
4. The medical insurance purchased by international students from their home country's insurance company cannot be used as proof of having purchased insurance because the school cannot confirm whether the coverage is in accordance with the relevant regulations due to the differences in standards of each country.
