Yang Jianlin, Master of Engineering, Professor, Dean of School of Management Engineering,  Head of Provincial High-level Specialty Group of Engineering Cost, First-Class Registered Structural Engineer and Constructor. 

He is in charge of 3 school-level online courses, 1 provincial-level online open course, and edited 4 textbooks, among which, Building Construction Technology was selected by the Ministry of Education as a model textbook for vocational education reform and innovation. He has published more than 30 papers, including nearly 10 papers in core journals. He has presided 5 projects above the municipal level, and is working on 1 project of Jiangsu Provincial Education Reform, 1 project of Jiangsu Provincial Human Defense Office, 1 invention patent, and 1 first prize of school-level teaching achievements.

Jiang Ying, Master, Associate Professor, Vice Dean of School of Management Engineering, Visiting Scholar of School of Civil Engineering of Southeast University, Registered National Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Agent. In recent years, she is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research of sustainable urban construction and governance, real estate management and administration. She has presided over 2 provincial-level projects and participated in more than 10 municipal level projects, published 4 papers, established 1 provincial key teaching material project and published 2 textbooks. She has presided over 1 sub-project of national teaching resource database  and 1 school-level online open course.

Yang Aizhen, teacher of Engineering Cost in School of Management Engineering, Master of Engineering, Associate Professor, Registered Constructor. She is mainly engaged in the teaching and research work of construction structure engineering and engineering cost, and has presided over or participated in 3 projects of Municipal Social Science Federation, presided over 4 horizontal projects, participated in 1 special project of “13th Five-Year Plan” of Jiangsu Education Science, completed 2 projects of culture construction of specialty and campus in the context of school-enterprise cooperation, and published more than 10 papers.

Lin Fang, Master Degree, Associate Professor, Head of Teaching and Research Sector of Engineering Cost in the School of Management Engineering. In the past 3 years, she has published 7 papers, presided over 1 school-level project and 2 projects of Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Jiangsu Province, won 1 special prize of Excellent Teaching Achievement Award of school; guided students to win the first prize of Reading Drawing of Architectural Engineering in the Jiangsu Higher Vocational College Skills Competition.

Wang Huiping, Master Degree, Lecturer, Head of Teaching and Research Sector of Construction Engineering Management in the School of Management Engineering. She presided over and participated in 2 school-level online open courses, won the first prize of Jiangsu Teaching Informatization Competition, presided over and completed 2 municipal projects and 1 school-level project of teaching reform, participated in 1 Jiangsu project of teaching reform and 1 municipal project as the main participant, published 4 papers, edited 1 textbook, guided students to win the fourth place in the Information Modeling Project of the First National Skills Competition in Jiangsu Province, and won one special prize and one second prize in the Excellent Teaching Achievement Award of school.

Zhao Qiuyu, Master Degree, Lecturer, Vice Head of Teaching and Research Sector of Construction Engineering Management. She was awarded the honor of advanced individual of teaching quality  from 2017 to 2020, won the first prize of the Teaching Ability Competition of school, won the third prize of Jiangsu Vocational College Teaching Competition, published 3 papers as the first author, presided over and completed 1 municipal project and participated in several research of municipal projects.

Li Jing, Master of Engineering, Lecturer, BIM modeler, Vice Head of Teaching and Research Sector of Engineering Cost  in the School of Management Engineering, Vice Dean of Construction Industry Modernization Innovation College. She has published more than 10 papers, including 2 papers in core journals, presided over and completed of 1 natural science project at the school level and  1 project of the first batch of ideological and political education reform, and completed 1 project of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Jiangsu Province. She has won the first prize of Jiangsu Vocational College Teaching Competition, “Research Class” of Jiangsu Vocational College, etc., and guided students to win the first prize in the final competition of Building Information Model of 2021 “China Urban Construction 13th Bureau Cup” .

Zhao Naizhi, Ph.D., Professor, graduate tutor of Shenyang Jianzhu University and Yangzhou University, graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a Ph.D. degree in structural engineering in 2013, did teaching and research work in the School of Civil Engineering of Shenyang Jianzhu University from 1997 to 2013, published more than 30 papers, including 12 EI papers. He is the editor-in-chief of one national planning textbook for the 13th Five-Year Plan and one key textbook for the 13th Five-Year Plan of Jiangsu Province; he presided over 4 provincial and ministerial projects, such as the Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning Province and the Science and Technology Project of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and participated in 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 15 provincial and ministerial projects, and 6 municipal projects. He participated in 1 project of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Jiangsu Education Science, presided over 7 horizontal projects, supervised 1 project of Jiangsu University Students' Practice Innovation Program, presided over 1 school-level online open course, participated in 1 provincial high-quality online open course. He has been selected as the  young and middle-aged academic leaders of of “Qinglan Project” in Jiangsu Province and the third level of Jiangsu Province's “333” talent training project.

Xie Ruifeng, graduated from School of Naval Architecture, Ocean & Civil Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Ph.D. in mechanics, has won the Alumni Scholarship of Shanghai Jiaotong University, National Higher Vocational School Backbone Teachers Training Certificate from the Ministry of Education, Excellent Staff of Yantai Construction Group , Excellent Graduate Student of Anhui University of Science and Technology, Nanjing Forestry University Provincial Government Scholarship, the third prize in Jiangsu Applied Mathematics Competition of Department of Education, etc. He has published 9 SCI, EI journal papers, 5 Chinese core journals, 2 invention patents, participated in 2 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, presided over 1 project of Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation; participated in the design of logistics warehouse project in Pudong Free Trade Zone.

 Liu Zhiying, graduated from Harbin University of Science and Technology, master's degree, professor. She won the first prize of Teaching Achievements of Harbin Finance College, and Excellent Advanced Individual; participated in the preparation of the textbook “Accounting English” won the first prize of the Third Social Science Excellent Textbook Award of the Heilongjiang Regional Economics Association; awarded the title of Excellent Instructor for guiding students to participate in the 6th National Campus Accounting Competition; presided over 3 provincial-level philosophical and social science projects, published 1monograph, 1 paper in EI journal and 1 paper in Chinese core journal.

Wang Wei, PhD in Economics from Nankai University, senior economist, corporate legal advisor, and teacher of School of Management Engineering. He has long been engaged in economic management theory research, macro policy research and industry practice, and has planning research and enterprise management practice experience in many related fields such as comprehensive urban development, industrial economic development and real estate operation and management.

Since he started his career, he has been in charge of strategic planning and investment and financing management in the Asset Management Department of the headquarters of Tianjin Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Group, a large state-owned group company; in charge of urban commercial, educational, agricultural and sports project operations in the benchmark area of Huaxia Happiness Group, a leader in real estate industry; In the Strategic Investment Department of Xi'an Urban Development(Group) Co., LTD. of Vanke Group, a Fortune 500 company, he is responsible for TOD rail transit superstructure development and planning and investment of special town and industrial real estate.

Chen Liang, master of engineering, lecturer,  Registered Constructor. He is one of excellent young backbone teachers training object of "Qinglan Project" of Jiangsu Department of Education . He has published 15 papers, including 2 papers in EI journals and 1 paper in core journals, 1 paper won the third prize of the 16th Outstanding Science and Technology Paper in Natural Science of Changzhou City, and 1 paper won the second prize of the Outstanding Paper of the 10th Academic Conference of Changzhou City. He has been authorized one invention patent (second inventor) and one utility model patent (first inventor). He has guided students to publish 2 papers as the first and second author and won the third prize in Changzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition,  and guided student teams to win 2 excellent teams in Social Public Welfare Practice Activities for College Students in Changzhou. He has presided over 5 projects of Jiangsu Department of Education, Jiangsu Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Developmet, Changzhou Social Science Federation and other sources at or above the municipal level, and participated in 1 provincial-level project and 4 municipal-level projects. He has presided over 1 horizontal project, participated in 3 horizontal projects, presided over 1 school-level educational reform project, and won the first prize of Jiangsu Vocational College Teaching Competition.
