Adhering to the school-running policy of cultivating people by virtue and quality first, the School of Management Engineering works hard with development target of establishing a high-level and distinctive vocational college. The school takes priority to the following tasks: high-quality establishement of teaching standard documents such as talent training plans and curriculum standards,  integration of teaching standards and industry and enterprise standards, ideological and political education curriculum , inherit and promote the spirit of craftsmanship and struggle in the new era, labor education and cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship awareness, etc. The school has always attached importance to the training of students' professional ability and comprehensive quality. It has dozens of professional training rooms and a large number of off-campus practice bases with experienced full-time and part-time teachers inside and outside the school. The school strives to promote school-enterprise cooperation and deepen the integration of production and education. Management and quality culture of well-known enterprises have been blended into teaching through various forms such as order classes, corporate colleges, and modern apprenticeships which promote the connection between the teaching process and the production process of the enterprise. Promoting the training of professional talents to better adapt to the needs of the industry and enterprises have made graduates have the characteristics of "high comprehensive quality, quick business adaptation, and strong professional ability", which has improved the employment competitiveness and career development potential of graduates. The employment rate of graduates in the past three years has been 100%.

A Whole Process Engineering Consulting Industry School has been jointly established by the Management Engineering School and industry associations and leading companies such as JiangSu Engineering Cost Association, Changzhou Engineering Cost Management Association, Nanjing Yangtze River Urban Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Zhongyifeng Construction Group Co., Ltd., Jiehongrunan Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Ansha Project Management Co., Ltd., etc. Besides, we establish “Greenland·Provincial Construction” school with Jiangsu Provincial Construction Group.

The property management has been rated as an Excellent Major in Evaluation of Higher Vocational Major Establishment in jiangsu Province . Relying on the major, we establish a talent cultivation base— Rongchuang School with Sunac China Holdings Limited.

The estate operation and management is school’s characteristic development major for higher vocational education. It has developed modern apprenticeship training with Changzhou Tospur Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd. , and has set up a “3+2” Top-up Program with Xuzhou University of Technology.
