The School of Management Engineering comprises two professional clusters: Construction Project Management (including Engineering Cost, Construction Project Management, and Big Data Accounting) and Real Estate (including Modern Property Management, Real Estate Operation and Management, and Construction Economic Information Management). These six programs enroll over 3,000 students. The school leads the provincial-level high-quality professional cluster for Engineering Cost, where Engineering Cost and Construction Project Management serve as core and specialized programs respectively. Industry partnerships include establishing the Whole-Process Engineering Consulting Industry Academy with associations like Jiangsu Engineering Cost Management Association and corporations such as Zhongyifeng Construction Group. Collaborative institutes include the Greenland-Jiangsu Construction College with Jiangsu Provincial Construction Group. The Property Management program, rated "Excellent" in Jiangsu's higher vocational evaluation, partners with Sunac Services Group to operate the Sunac College. The Real Estate Operation and Management program, a college-level specialty, implements modern apprenticeships with Tongce Real Estate Consulting and offers a "3+2" vocational-undergraduate pathway with Xuzhou University of Technology.
