The new international students studying in our college need go to the Changzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for physical examination. The cost of physical examination is 430 yuan per person.

Students are NOT allowed to eat breakfast before physical examination. Please bring passports and 2 two-inch photos.

Physical Examination Time: 8:00-11:00 a.m  Monday to Friday  

Physical Examination Steps:

1. Register in the reception hall, fill in the form, take a video, order the test determine how many medical certificates need to be issued, whether you need express service, and pay the fee

2. Measure blood pressure in the physical examination room, listen to the heart and lungs, and fill in the physical examination form

3. Go to the ECG room for ECG examination

4. Go to the color ultrasound room for abdominal ultrasound examination

5. Go to the blood draw room to draw blood

6. Go to the radiology department for chest X-ray

7. If vaccination is needed, go to the vaccination room for injection

8. Return the medical examination form to the reception hall, the doctor will review and confirm that all the required items have been completed, then issue the certificate for collection.

9. According to the time indicated by the collection certificate (usually 2:00-4:00 p.m. on the third working day), please go to the porter's lodge to collect the Health Examination Certificate.
